Geno Comet 2

Went back and finally slapped the Geno Breaker's headpiece on the comet. Have to admit, it definitely gives the zoid a "faster" look, and the head cannon fits better to boot.

Hyper Killer Fangs
Part of the Geno’s original arsenal, this powerful set of jaws and sharp teeth have gone untouched and continue to excel in what they do--tear, rend, and crush.

Hyper Killer Claws x 2
Although each arm now carries an additional weapon, the claws of the Geno are more or less the same. They can grab as well as impale, and when moving at high speeds, they can even cut like blades. They do not, however, launch from the arms via grappling cable.

360mm Beam Cannon
This powerful weapon on the Geno Comet’s face replaces its old laser gun and packs a punch strong enough to down most smaller zoids with a single blast. It is by no means, a replacement for the CPG, but given the nature of the Comet, it is a worthy weapon to for it to wield.

70mm Linear Cannon x2
These weapons rely on magnetic repulsion technology to launch heavy-penetrating shells at phenomenal speeds for incredible damage. Normally, leg-mounted weapons are subject to accuracy issues, but because the Geno Comet hovers like others of its kind, this problem has effectively been nullified.

Breaker Blade
Mounted on the right arm of the Geno Comet is a moderately-sized shield, from which protrudes a broadsword some seven meters in length. The blade is coated by charged particles to increase its cutting ability, allowing it to slice most armor and energy shields like butter.

However, the Breaker Blade has another surprise. The blade in question is able to split into two halves, mounting to pylons on either side of the shield to form a powerful pincer claw not unlike that of the Geno Breaker.

One final feature of the Breaker Blade is a small but powerful booster mounted close to the back end of the shield, by the Geno Comet’s elbow. Although the booster does not contribute to the zoid’s overall speed, it does allow the heavy weapon to strike faster than an enemy might expect, catching them totally off-guard.

Retractable Laser-Blade
When not in use, this four-meter blade sits flush along the Geno Comet’s left arm, close to the chest. On command, it can instantaneously snap forward and charge with laser energy for devastating stabs or slashes. The length of the blade limits its effective range, but the fact that it can remain hidden most of the time means that most opponents won’t see it coming until it is too late.
